Just wanted to Thank you for the sample recipes you posted on your site. I'm a vegetarian with an egg-free diet and love my cakes and cookies. I've been searching high and low for egg free good cake and cookie recipes to try. Some that I tried from the Net didn't work out. Reading your tips and advice, I think I know where I went wrong. Am off to try one of your recipes and will let you know how it turns out. Thank you once again.
